Instructions & Facilities
1) TOUR MANAGER:
We advise you to co-operate with our manager in all respect to make your tour really enjoyable. Allotments of rooms, selection of daily food menu, Is the duty of the tour manager, and passengers should not interfere in that. For the smooth operation tour quarreling with the manager or with other passengers shall be ask to leave the tour on that spot, and shall not be given any refund for the same.
2) GROUP BOOKING:
We will try to provide you the hotels rooms together on the same floor for the entire group, but we don’t assure you that will get the rooms together.
3) HOTELS:
We will provide the best service hotel accommodation but we reserve the right to change in unavoidable circumstances, when we may have to provide alternative, similar accommodation, for which no refund shall be allowed. The room shall be allotted as per the check-in time of the hotels, and they shall have to be vacated as per the hotels check-out time. In same hotels the rooms may be twin bedded.
4) OUR FOOD:
During the tour we will provide unlimited delicious, pure vegetarian, food, specially prepared for you, by our own expert cooks. This includes morning breakfast, lunch, evening tea/coffee, & dinner. During the tour train journey, we do not provide any food service.
5) OUR BUS:
Seat numbers in the bus are provided on first come first serve basis, as per the booking date, and the seat numbers remain fixed throughout the tour. Still the passengers may interchange their seats with their co-passengers, on mutual consent. After getting down from the train, onward journey will be by 2*2 luxury non A/c bus only. In case of tour members are less than specified group passengers and then we may provide car or matador or mini bus. Due to unavoidable circumstances, if there is any road block, or traffic jam, you will have to co-operate with the tour manager.
6) ROOM WITH EXTRA BED:
Sometimes misunderstanding gets created room with extra bed that passenger will get bigger size room for extra bed, but the fact is an extra mattress will be provided in same double bed size room.
7) LUGGAGE:
During the entire tour (except train journey) our staff will be at your service to carry your luggage, but at the same time we are not responsible for the theft or damage to your luggage. No claims to be made.
8) EXCLUSIVE THINGS OF TOUR COST:
personal expenses like service tax, tips, cold drinks, horse riding, boating, laundry, cable car rides, room heater, taxi fare, personal things, we take it for granted that all passengers who join the tour, have read this terms and conditions, and agree to the same.
9) UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES:
If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, political unrest, accidents, or any other natural, Or climate, the program of the tour has to changed, or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers, if any passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness, or any other reasons, there shall be borne by the passenger. Passengers advised not to carry expensive jewelry cameras etc. in the tour, and if they bring them in the tour, it shall be at their own risk, we shall not be responsible for theft or damage in any way. If due to reason beyond our control, we have to cancel some sightseeing places, there shall be no refund for the same. If a tour is cancelled from our part then cost and responsibility of organizing the new tour will be of passengers only.
10) COMPLAINTS DURING THE TOUR:
If any complaints regarding our services, like hotel, bus, etc. are advised to inform our office, immediately, by phone/ fax so that the same can be resolved on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after reaching Mumbai. Any disputes of whatsoever nature between customer and Best of tours will be tried by mutually agreed or arbitrator in Mumbai only. The language of the arbitration proceeding shall be English and the cost of the arbitration proceeding will be equally shared between customer and Best of Tours.
11) BOOKING AND CANCELATIONS:
You can confirm your booking in our tour by paying a deposit of Rs 10,000/- per person. The balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure of the tour by cash/ Cheque/P.O in the name of M/S Wellgrade Adventure Private Limited. or NEFT/ RTGS at AU BANK, Delhi Branch, Account No- 2402 2635 6053 9874, IFSC Code -AUBL0002635
If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 15 days, he shall be deemed as cancel, and deposit shall be not refunded. If we cancel the tour from our part, due to insufficient number of passengers or any reason then we shall refund the full amount of the tour, hence we will not be responsible for the cancelation charge applicable for train/air ticket.
But if we are forced to cancel the tour due to the natural calamities like floods, riots, Bandhs, strikes, etc. then we shall refund the tour cost after deduction 10% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour. Rules and regulation are different for special group/group booking.
If the passenger wants to cancel the tour, it should be a written application to our office, and we shall refund the tour cost after deducting cancelation charge as under;
- Before 15 days of tour departure Rs. 5000/- per person.
- Between 7 to 15 days 40% of the tour cost.
- Between 3 to 7 days 60% of the tour cost.
- Within 3 days 100% of the tour cost.
